Grant Underwood has over a decade of experience in recruitment - from sectors as diverse as education, healthcare, corporate, social impact, and beyond. A graduate of Ohio State (BA), Johns Hopkins (MA), and Yale (MDiv), he also holds a Professional, Human Resources (PHR) licensure from HRCI. An Ohio transplant to Connecticut, he enjoys walking his dog, watching the Ohio State Buckeyes, and spending time with his friends/family.

With experiences as an administrative professional in the music and non-profit sector, Esther hopes to bring her expertise in effective communication, listening skills, and her empathetic nature in fostering a seamless work environment. Esther holds her BM and MM from the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
