Grant Underwood has over a decade of experience in recruitment - from sectors as diverse as education, healthcare, corporate, social impact, and beyond. A graduate of Ohio State (BA), Johns Hopkins (MA), and Yale (MDiv), he also holds a Professional, Human Resources (PHR) licensure from HRCI. An Ohio transplant to Connecticut, he enjoys walking his dog, watching the Ohio State Buckeyes, and spending time with his friends/family.

Passionate about the nexus of Sports and Social Impact, Ryan's currently a FIFA Master's student, concentrating in Law and Humanities of Sport. Before his time at Charter Oak, where he owns several vital communications workstreams, Ryan enhanced Youth Soccer Development at Orlando City Soccer Club. Ryan holds an MBA from Rollins College and a BA in International Relations & Economics from The College of William and Mary.
